we are offering the chance of a lifetime to sleep in an actual

we expect our renters to be respectful of their rental unit

and its furnishings & fixtures

and to the other occupants during their stay.

we are not a full-service hotel instead we are a self-catering property.

we do not offer a food & beverage program.

There is no onsite check-in office or staff to assist you during your stay.

there is a rental manager to assist you by phone.

we have very strict rental policies so please be sure to review them before booking a stay. This includes our cancellation policy. see below.

 

at the time of booking renters are accepting the terms of our vacation rental agreement. Please review before booking as you will be bound by our terms and conditions once you have booked. no exceptions.

no overnight guests

up to two visitors are allowed between 10am-10pm

check-in time- 4:00pm

check out time- 11:00am

No check in's after 10:00pm as the rental manager is off-duty

No early arrivals

No late departures

Proof of ID is required and must be provided by email or text before renter's arrival. No access to The Lautner without proof of id in advance.

self-guided check-in and check-out instructions 

will be emailed just minutes before the 4:00pm check-in time the day of your arrival. 

​

renters are expected to leave the rental unit in the same condition

as it was found at the time of check-in.

renters are expected to wash & dry dishes and 

Place trash securely fastened outside the rental unit door

for collection before departing.

​

renters are responsible for any damage caused to the rental unit property and the grounds. please report damages before departure.

​

renters are expected to keep the property secured at all times for the safety and privacy of every occupant.

​

communal plunge pool is open during the spring and fall months.

It is closed during winter months from LATE NOVEMBER to LATE FEBRUARY.
