The interiors of The Lautner are decorated with exquisite Mid-Century Modern furnishings and what more can we say....It's a Lautner. Shooting here is a fraction of the cost to shoot in a Lautner residence in Los Angeles. The grounds are expertly curated with cactus and succulents with incredible views of the San Jacinto Mountains and you'll have access the The Park for production vehicles and set building. The Ranch House is another location to shoot and the house makes the perfect spot to set up a production office and wardrobe room. There is even a hair and make up studio inside.

Our guests travel from around the world for a chance to sleep in a John Lautner residence. No where else are you free to stay in a Lautner unless you are lucky enough to have a friend that owns one. Consider us that friend! The Lautner is a "Self Catering" vacation rental property with 4 Luxury Living Units. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchenette where guests can prepare their own meals. Each unit also has its own private patio with beautifully landscaped cactus gardens. The Lautner has been described as a hybrid between boutique hotel & upscale vacation rental property. We spoil you with all of the luxury amenities one would find at a boutique hotel but you also get to enjoy this unique property as a "home away from home".
