The property consists of a main house and a detached two car garage that offers a small lobby, two restrooms, storage and a pop up bar for entertaining. The home opens up to The Park allowing guests to enjoy the use of both spaces during events. The property has undergone an extensive cosmetic renovation and is a blend between Ranch and Mid-Century Modern styles.
