The LAUTNER COMPOUND is an impeccable location and outdoor venue, perfectly suited for commercial, fashion, and editorial shoots. It is truly a photographer's paradise! The brilliance of skylights adorning each unit seamlessly captures the interplay between sunlight and shadows throughout the entire day, creating a stunningly picturesque setting for any shoot. When it comes to larger productions, our expansive 10,000 sq. ft. open-air event space provides the ideal space for setting up production. Its generous size can accommodate base camps with RVs and trailers, while the catering and art department can even construct sets, ensuring the ultimate shot is effortlessly achieved.
Living Units
The Lautner offers a fusion of a "Self Catering" micro boutique hotel and a luxurious vacation rental, featuring four elegant Living Units as envisioned by the renowned architect John Lautner. Each unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, allowing our guests to indulge in the pleasure of preparing their own meals. Additionally, every unit boasts a private patio adorned with stunningly landscaped cactus gardens.
While the four units share a consistent layout and shape, each one offers a distinct interior design that sets it apart from the others.
