EACH YEAR WE HOST TOURS DURING MODERNISM WEEK

IN FEBRUARY AND OCTOBER each year.

MONTHLY sunset and sips happy hour

Sunsets and Sips is our happy hour program

hosted by

artist danny heller of www.dannyhellerart.com

we invite guests to linger and mingle with a drink on the compound.

Each evening will feature a different lautner living unit

and areas of the compound for you to discover, SUCH AS OUR OUTDOOR VENUE.

All tickets come with a complimentary drink of

wine, beer, or sparkling water.

access to these select spaces only, with staff present to answer your questions.

Open spaces differ with each offering, allowing you to experience something different every time.

Tickets are $50 and include access to the program space,

as well as one drink ticket.

our sunset and sips happy hour program will take place once a month

starting September 2022 to may of 2023.
